Katrina

A licensed massage therapist since 2015, Katrina has an intuitive nature during her massage therapy sessions by being able to locate the inflamed tissue and utilize her techniques to decrease pain and increase range of motion for her patients. Katrina is a Reiki level 2 certified practitioner and is also certified in cupping. Cupping is a technique that relaxes tight muscles and brings blood flow to a specific area. Her approach to bodywork ranges from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial and connective tissue release.
